Technical Note: Our live webcam images require an Active-X© plug-in to be loaded into your browser. Certain Windows security settings interfere with this process and your security settings relative to Active-X© will need to be lowered.

If at the top of your Internet Explorer window, just below the menus, a line that reads; "This site might require the following ActiveX control:..." Click on that line, once the drop-down menu has appeared, click "Install ActiveX Control..." On the "Internet Explorer-Security Warning" pop-up window, click the "Install" button. If a "Security Warning" pop-window appears, click the "Yes" button.

If your problem still persists;

Try downloading the software from www.Mozilla.com if you are uncomfortable doing that, try going to your Start, Control Panel, Internet Options, Security, Custom Level; enable all prompts under the ActiveX and Plug in section. If this does not enable the cameras you will need to disable your PVN. Anti virus and pop up controls may be preventing you from downloading the images. Unfortunately I am unable to help you with disconnection, you will need to contact your systems administrator for assistance.
