Reservations, private training, tours, & grooming, are scheduled by appointment.

The facility is closed to appointments; Sunday mornings, all day Wednesday, Saturday evenings. Onsite care is still given to all pets staying at the facility even though we are closed to appointments

PEAK SEASON: MAY THROUGH SEPTEMBER

RESERVATION MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS ARE CHARGED DURING PEAK SEASON AND HOLIDAYS

EARLY DEPARTURES, 8 HOURS OR LESS ARE ACCEPTED AND CHARGED ACCORDING TO STAY. DEPARTURES OVER 8 HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO TIME RESERVED AND CONFIRMED AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL.

The facility will be closed to appointments on the following dates; special arrangments can be made for dates in black, a $35.00 fee will be added in addition to your daily rate and applied to your invoice. Dates in red are Holidays and an additional $50.00 will be added to your daily rate and applied.

We offer no openings Christmas Day, and during our Spring and Fall break.

In an emergency and it is necessary to schedule an appointment during non-appointment hours or dates, the fees listed above will be applied in addition to daily kennel charges regardless of your pets departure time.
